We used Troy to find our tropical holiday home. As we are Sydney based, and short on time, he organised a brilliant packed weekend where we saw 15 houses. He made sure to offer a mixture of homes from ones directly on the beach, to the rainforest and in between. In the end we chose an elevated house in the trees close to the beach that was the best of both worlds. Highly recommend if you want someone with local knowledge who will make the process as seamless less as possible.

My wife and I employed Troy & his team as buyers advocates for us as we live interstate. The brief we had for Troy was very specific in that we wanted a family home with future investment grade qualities for a specific price in a specific area. Throughout the 2 months process of finding our first home, specific points in our brief for Troy changed as the market landscape changed and our idea of what we were wanting began to form a more solid view. Troy was extremely accomodating with this, and the way in which Troy dealt with the changes showed his deep knowledge of the Cairns property market, the different facets it has and how they can be employed to achieve certain goals of the client.
